History
In 1953 research
was aimed at reducing the costs of wastewater treatment. This
resulted in the so-called "Oxidation ditch" system that
nowadays is widely known as "Pasveer Ditch".
In 1967 DHV, from the Netherlands, combined
their experience in both conventional treatment systems and the
oxidation ditch principle and developed the first CARROUSEL® system. Since then there are more than 1000 numbers of CARROUSEL® and its series in operations all over the world. |
